Pre-event Testing For Concerts Presented By The Singapore Symphony Orchestra

Please note that Pre-Event Testing (PET) is required for all our concerts, unless otherwise indicated.

The following groups are exempted from Pre-Event Testing:

1. Patrons who are fully vaccinated i.e. two weeks after receiving the full regimen of the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty or Moderna vaccines currently administered under the National Vaccination Programme, or after completing the full regimen of vaccines on the World Health Organisation’s Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) including their respective duration post-vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective.

2. Patrons who have recovered from COVID-19 and can provide a valid Pre-Event Test (PET) exemption notice for the duration of the event from an MOH-approved COVID-19 test provider.

3. Children aged 12 years and below who are not eligible for vaccines currently under the National Vaccination Programme. Please note that the number of such children permitted to attend the event is subject to a cap of 20% of total event capacity.

If you do not qualify for exemption, you will be required to go for a Pre-Event Test (Antigen Rapid Test). The Pre-Event Test has to be done within 24 hours from the concert end time (e.g. if concert ends at 9pm on 1 Sep, the test can be done from 9pm on 31 Aug).

Patrons can refer to here for the list of MOH-approved providers for Antigen Rapid Testing for COVID-19 at offsite premises. We recommend you contact your choice of clinic in advance to reduce waiting time.

Reimbursement of PET Expenses
The cost of the Pre-Event Test will be reimbursed by the Singapore Symphony Group for and only for concerts presented by the Singapore Symphony Orchestra and VCHpresents. Patrons can submit claims here with their supporting documents. Reimbursements will be paid out within 14 days of the concert via PayNow.

For admission into the concert hall, please bring along your photo ID, a mobile device to show the test result and with the most up-to-date TraceTogether app installed, or working TraceTogether token.

Ticket holders will be denied entry if they are unable to produce required evidence, and any on-site requests for a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
