Pre-Event Testing (PET) is compulsory for all attendees at this performance as part of Singapore's VDS+Test pilot for live performances. All patrons, including fully vaccinated individuals or those exempted from VDS (Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures), must produce a negative ART result done within 24 hours before the end of the performance.

Q. I am fully vaccinated and/or medically ineligible. Do I still need to go for a Pre-Event Test?
A: Yes. As part of Singapore's VDS+Test pilot for live performances, all ticket holders are required to provide a negative Pre-Event Test result in addition to being fully vaccinated or medically ineligible for vaccination.
Q: Do I have to pay for my Pre-Event Test?
A: The Pre-Event Test is complimentary for all ticket holders for SSO GALA: Ray Chen Plays Sibelius (Apr 8). Patrons opting for an in-person test will need to pay upfront first, before submitting a claim for reimbursement. No upfront payment is needed for supervised testing over video call.
Q: From what time can I take the pre-event test?
A: The pre-event test has to be taken any time from 10pm, Thurs, 7 April 2022, as it has to be within 24 hours before the end of the concert.
Q: We are from the same household attending the concert. Can we book one time slot only?
A: As the test result will be synced to the TraceTogether app/token, each ticket holder has to book one time slot. Multiple persons using one device during the timeslot is not allowed.
Q: Do children below 12 need to undergo Pre-Event Testing?
A: Yes, all attendees regardless of age are required to undergo Pre-Event Testing. (Please note that minimum admission age is 7.)

Q. I have bought tickets for me and my companion. Does the second ticket need to have my companion's name?
A: No. The names on the tickets do not need be the same as the concert-goer.
Q: I have recently recovered from COVID-19. Do I still need to go for the pre-event test?
A: Yes, you are still required to produce a negative Pre-Event Test result for admission.

Q. I have registered for a booking slot, but have not received the confirmation email or sms. What do I do next?
